Shopping with the Jolly shopper means that you agree to and understand the below shipping terms.

We are a small woman owned business and proudly offer a very special unique shopping experience.

We work very hard to build a wonderful culture with all shoppers. The below policy is a reflection of our transparency, so we all understand the system and can work together to shop worldwide.

1. On receiving your order, we will purchase the items. 
When dealing with big box stores, quite often they will cancel orders, and or, replace and substitute items without our knowledge.  
We will always try and do our best for you, but we cannot control the shopping process with many of the stores.

The retail environment in the USA is extremely fast, and on occasions, items are out of stock within a period of hours.  We reserve the right to make a substitute decision based on value and item similarity. Stock cycles often mean items will come back into stock, and if we feel that this is the best option, then we will wait to purchase when the item returns to stock. 

2. We aim to have your order back in New Zealand within 2 to 4 weeks.  Due to the fact we are dealing with outside logistics companies, we have no control the shipping time.  In stock items will be couried out within 24-48 hours.

3. we reserve the right to decline larger purchases, that exceed our normal shipping sizes. If you feel your item Size may fall into this category, please check with us first prior to ordering.

If you are not prepared to accept or understand this logistical chain, then we suggest that the Jolly shopper shopping service is not suitable for you.

We will openly communicate with you if there are any issues outside of the above chain, however, harassing or continuous messaging will not be helpful, and will not increase the chances of your order arriving earlier, as it is simply a logistics situation that is not in our control.  

If you are ordering for a special occasion, we will do our at most to try and accommodate you, however, we require notification of the date within 24 hours of your order been placed with Jolly shopper.

As we are Re-sellers of items from other stores, we cannot guarantee quality on any occasion. The risk of purchasing lies with yourself to understand the return policies from the store that you have ordered. On occasions, we receive items that may have defects.
